MEET SINGING DEANNA
[Photograph: portrait captioned "DEANNA PRUDENT"]
"Equal rights at the office, at home I know my place." As far as women's lib is concerned that's all Deanna Prudent has to say.
Deanna is an accounting assistant with the Caribbean Home Ins. Co. and she enjoys solving the knotty problems which turn up in her job.
Her favourite pastime is choral singing and sometime in the future she would like to obtain specialised training in this field.
Office uniforms are practical she says, but they do little for the individual personality.
"Sometimes it is necessary to put aside the old "uni", and wear something that will make the boys sit up and watch."
A see-through blouse would not suit her, but she would readily admire someone also wearing it.
Farther Pascall [as printed] is the man she admires most, because she says, he has been able to initiate a new communication between priest and congregation.
In London she would like to visit theatres and hear some world class orchestras and choruses.
